1.How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Processing time is 1 to 3 business days before shipment. We will send you an email with tracking number once your order has been shipped out.
2.How long do I have before making a return and which items I could return for refund?
You can return any item for refund within 60 days from the date you purchase it.
3.Who pays the shipping cost on returns?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4.What is the policy for defective/broken products
Please contact us first if you receive defective item and we will ship a new replacement to you and it is not necessary to return the defective item to us.
5.Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.
6.How long will I receive my refund?
Returns will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account per your request.
